The kitchen
Seasonal ingredients from local Oregon farmers and artisans drive a menu that spans brunch through late-night small plates, burgers, and shared bites built for lingering.
The brewery
Head Brewmaster Tim Campos leads a rotating tap that runs from crisp lagers and hop-forward IPAs to rich stouts — each brewed onsite with intention.
The space
At 101 Oak Street, steps from Lithia Park and the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, The Noble Fox opens onto a patio with mountain views, exposed brick, gleaming tanks, and an arcade.
In the spirit of being noble
Through Pints for a Purpose, a portion of every pint sold goes toward Ashland community organizations — because generosity, like a well-made beer, is best when it's shared.
